Bagels: The Unsung Hero
Yes, carbs are evil.* But they are so. good.
My advice? When in doubt at the Deli or Grill, order it on a bagel. The warm, toasted bread is the perfect accompaniment to fried eggs. I love a good toasted PBJ bagel. My friend loves ordering the Natural at the Deli on a bagel. I know some pretty serious Honey Monkey fans that prefer the sandwich on a bagel.
Carbs are great for battling hangovers...

Cereal Hoarders Anonymous
Snacking on a few dry cheerios is fine. I prefer regular to Honey Nut, but who really cares. Finding the last bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch calls for celebration. But getting 10 boxes of Trix in one Blanchard purchase is a little much. In fact, it’s excessive.
